Why It’s a Fit: Ugh, chafing. I don’t know about you, but when the weather gets warmer (and I get sweatier), it’s a fact of life at the end of every run. I’ve tried various powders and potions, but nothing has worked — until Body Glide. Recently, I came across a stick and figured I’d see if the good things I’d heard were true. Thank goodness I did! You apply it to the chafeable area pre-run. (It’s not greasy or uncomfortable.) And lovelies, it works like a charm! I’ve now used it several times on hot days, and there has been no chafing.
